Pricing

Shipping prices will vary depending on customers location. Shipping price will be shown to the customer at checkout before you place your order.

Customs and Duty

Please be aware that any order placed may be subject to added Duty or Import Taxes once the order reaches it's destination country. E-SKN has no control over these additional charges and the customer is solely responsible for paying the cost of any additional import taxes and duty fees.

Shipping Method and Time

E-SKN uses multiple companies for our shipping and distribution. The selected company will be determined by the customers country of origin and location to ensure the fastest and safest option for each individual customer.  (Please note we are unable to ship to certain countries for legal reasons.) If delivery issues arise we will contact you by e-mail. E-SKN is not responsible for lost or damaged orders once the delivery company has taken the order into its care. Any lost or damaged products must be filed with the delivery company by the customer.

Delivery usually takes between 3 -11 business working days depending on Country of Origin and Location. E-SKN cannot guarantee delivery times as once the order is handed over to the delivery company it is no longer in our care and we no longer have control of the parcel. Many factors can impact a parcels delivery time and we are not responsible for your parcel arriving after an estimated given delivery date. 

Cancelling Orders

We are unable to cancel orders once the order has been shipped. Once your unwanted order has arrived, contact the team through the Contact Us page on the website and set up a return. The product must be returned to us unopened and unused within 14 days. Please include your name, order number and reason for return.
